Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items are generally shipped, and leave our location within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your box ships, or if we have any issues with your order.

Should there be any issues with your order; such as a credit approval, we will then expedite your order after the issue is resolved. In other words, we don't just put your order on hold. We will continue processing your order, so that it will be ready to leave our facility once the issue is resolved.

Returns

Returns are accepted if the item is shown to be defective, and returned to us, or if you are not satisfied with our products. We will refund the purchase price of the product minus postage, and issue a credit to the card that was used to place the order. In instances of a defective product, the full purchase price + shipping will be returned.
